NordSpec carries out measurements at field sites across a gradient going from north to south, and including arctic, sub-arctic, boreal, temperate and semi-arid areas. The range of climates and vegetation zones puts NordSpec in a unique position for climate related environmental research. Most of the stations belong to SITES, ICOS, or FLUXNET infrastructures and are equipped with eddy covariance towers and other instrumentation. We also carry out some measurements at agricultural research stations.
